Vlad Musaelyants opened Arrow Home Care with the goal of giving family members the opportunity to provide quality care to their loved ones and receive payment for it. Musaelyants knows first-hand what it means to be a caregiver – tending to his grandmother as she got older. He wanted to share the benefits of caregiving, not only for those being cared for but for the caregiver as well.

How to Become a Caregiver
Arrow Home Care can train you or your other family members to provide professional caregiving services to your loved one in need. We can help you get certified as a “Direct Care Worker” (DCW), and obtain your CPR and First aid certs. Once you’ve completed the training, you’re eligible to be compensated for the hours of care you provide.

Who Pays for the Care You Provide?
Insurance companies pay for the care you’ll provide for your family member, and Arrow pays for the cost of the training. Once you’ve been approved to start providing care services, we will pay you!
